Frontiers hat nun eine Death Metal Band gesigned. Wenn es irgendeines Beweises braucht, daß mit Melodicrock kein Geld zu verdienen ist, dann wäre er wohl spätestens jetzt da. Kann sich jeder überlegen woran das liegt. Einerseits natürlich an der Flut der Veröffentlichungen, die zu einem großen Teil wirklich lausig sind, andererseits natürlich am Konsumverhalten und der Entwicklung des Kaufverhaltens generell. Und das, wo wir doch laut Magazinen fast nur megageile Releases haben. Klar, diejenigen, die alles hochjubeln, müssen den Schmarr'n ja meist nicht kaufen. Die gehören genauso zu den Totengräbern der Musiksparte, wie die "Geit ist geil"-Menschen. Erstere sehen sich aber als die Retter der Rockmusik und sind genau das Gegenteil.

Nsja wenn man es aufmerksam verfolgt sieht man das sie mehr Metal raus bringen. Die Leute kaufen halt weniger AOR CDs ....und beim Streaming verdienen sie halt nix

Yes, we signed a melodic death metal band. Yes, more heavier bands will be coming to the label. Yes, we love metal of all stripes, passionately, just like we love the other genres we are known for. Yes, there is more prog rock and prog metal coming to the label. No, we are not giving up on hard rock or melodic rock. No, you do not have to like every single band on the label to enjoy what we are doing (and that goes for any label). Yes, we will keep working with the older, established acts. Yes, we will keep searching for, finding, and signing the hottest new, young talent we can find around the globe because the future is in good hands with these up and coming bands.

Yes, variety IS the spice of life. Yes, everything is going to be OK.

Just enjoy the music and enjoy life! The two go hand in hand. Hopefully we can provide a small part to the soundtrack of yours.
